I found this blog post online and thought i'd share it with you all. it starts-

"I thought I write about how things could have gone wrong with our trip due to two small "incidents" or happening that occurred. The first one is due to my stupidity, while the other is the "stupidity" that could have been not so nice on the part of Disney. They both involved Cast Members who are often way smarter or more accommodating than some of the guests (like me) or Disney management…"

The thing I like about this is that while we all know we’re good people, it is gratifying to know that the public appreciate that we, as Cast Members, are happy and willing to go that extra mile to work things out. To find the solution to an issue as opposed to looking for a reason not to help. It would have been so easy to say that the trash had been emptied, thus avoiding rummaging through other peoples leavings or to say that the DVC intern et rule was the way it just has to be. In both cases as Cast Members we would have been believed, Guests trust us. But a real part of that trust is based on a belief that we are willing and want to help our Guests.
