R.I.P Michael Jackson

R.I.P Michael Jackson

Just waking up to the very sad news that Michael Jackson has died aged 50 from a Cardiac Arrest.

.Michael was a huge Disney fan and I remember my 2 room mates hiding in Disneyland Paris park one night after work so that they would meet him when he was going around the park after hours..I am soo surprised they never got fired..think they spoke to him and everything as far as I remember.

Loads of Michael Disney Urban legends like he apparantly tried to get off the Peter Pan ride mid flight and lots more wacky bits and bobs..

Dogged by controversy for the last years of his life but you couldn't change the fact he was an amazing performer and a legend.

I would not have been a huge Jackson fan but feeling very sad today , he was certainly the King of Pop for our generation.

RIP

Re Peter Pan at DLP

Many years ago I was trained on the Peter Pan's flight attraction at DLP. During the walk around of the attraction I was told that MJ liked to do exactly the same trip after the park had closed. I was a little skeptical until my trainer lifted the back of Wendy's dress in the Walking the plank sceen and showed me where dear old MJ had autographed her behind. Odd? No...

Unique Tributes

I must say, I'm not a huge fan of app the media attention this is getting. At the same time though, I do respect what he has done for the entertainment industry.

This video, on the other hand, I find to be a pretty awesome tribute to Michael Jackson. As for the people in charge of this prison, my hats off to them as well to find alternative, more positive ways, for rehabilitation.

Cheers to you Michael!
