I am a PM Hostess with GCH Housekeeping in California. I like my job its laid Back and quiet 90% of the time... I work with a good group of Ladies and Gentlemen... However I would not reccomend the AM shift as a Housekeeper at the GCH... I was hired on 12/12/2010 as Casual PM Hostess originally but moved on AM shift into a regular FT AM Hostess position on March 23, 2011 until mid June then moved onto PM shift again but as Regular FT PM Hostess this time... My year is coming up soon.. YAY! Cause I really could use a raise... LOL! I was born in long beach, Ca and grew up living there as well as, lived in Bellflower, Paramount, Santa Ana, Whittier, Downey, Lakewood areas.. we moved a lot then... until March of 97 when I was 10 yrs. Old and was forced to move to Missouri then on no notice... Which is great as a child when you are involved in school and several activities within the school before after during and over the summer as I was.. I always loved school and excelled... Once in Missouri we lived in Sedalia for a couple and then tipton about about a couple months or less until moved to Columbia and was there until December of 2001 and moved to Higher... at end of 2000 school year my 8th grade year It was deceided I no longer attend school and be my brother and sister caretaker and in April of 2002 I had another sister born I assumed responsibility for within a few months... At the time it was not my dream or what I wanted but looking back and now I miss taking care of them and being with me 98% of time... I only got a break when my step dad would help which was very frustrating and resented then.. I feel bad for now... In Sept. of 2003 I moved back to Bellflower with my birth father until May of 2004 when I had to and went back to Missouri in higher again to take care of my siblings in December of 2004 I deceided to take my brothers offer and moved in with him in Hartsburg and got my GED immmediately by February of 2005 and first job and got my home in August of 2005 and was on my since until a recent total loss house fire and then right after an unexpected permanent budget cut layoff with the school district I was working for shortly after made me make a decision. I regret and come back here last October of 2010 driving all the way by myself to Bellflower where I was suppose to stay at my Stepdads brother and Aunts until I got on my feet and was supposedly going to get to go to college and stay until finished but story of my life... it was another broken promise... shattered dream and like I had feeling of ended up at my fathers, stuck in the state of cali for Three years due to unforseen events and work at the happiest place on earth with all you fine folks at Disneyland in california struggling to survive until I die or come out of this severe depressive state and find away and energy to escape... which ever comes first... I am estranged from all my family except my father where I have a recliner and keep what few cloths/ possessions i have left.. who I rarely see... due to well deserved avoidance and I miss my best friend Amy in Missouri who I feel a weirdness with now and drifting away.. I have officially lost my mind and if it was possible to make a lot of cash and disappear as a new person I'd be on first plane out... I hope you enjoyed hearing about me...

I worked at Disneyland from 1981-83. I was a Food Service Cast Member in Bear Country/New Orleans Square. I worked at "The Mile Long Bar" and "Hungry Bear" restaurant as well as the Fort on Tom Sawyer's Island. I gave orientation tours to new hires as an Area Tour Guide for two years.

I worked at Space Place & Tomorrowland Terrace from 1978 - 1982. Then at Walt Disney Travel Company till 1998.
